About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join our Red Team. You will lead complex engagements, mentor junior consultants, and help shape our offensive security practice.
What You'll Do
- ▸ Lead end-to-end penetration testing engagements for enterprise clients
- ▸ Produce high-quality, client-ready reports with actionable remediation guidance
- ▸ Mentor junior consultants and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions
- ▸ Stay current on CVEs, attack techniques, and emerging threat vectors
What We're Looking For
- ✓ 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience
- ✓ OSCP or equivalent (OSCE, CRTO a strong plus)
- ✓ Strong proficiency with Burp Suite, Metasploit, and custom tooling
- ✓ Experience testing web applications, APIs, network infrastructure, and AD environments
